Commissioner Roger Goodell has set a few proposals on the tables that could change the game. By the way, any proposal needs 24 of 32 owners’ votes to be approved. Goodell can lobby but he does not have a vote.
1. Commissioner Goodell would like to tweak the reseeding of the playoffs to challenge lower-seeded division champs to play more starters in the final weeks. I like this idea.
2. He wants to clean up spying and tampering problems that popped up over the past year. What else could he say since Congress is trying to get involved. Again, like church and state is separate but equal, so shall football and state.
3. Increasing the roster from 80 to 86 players. Not a bad idea if the teams have the money to sign the players and develop them as well.
4. Allowing defensive players to wear radio devices in their helmets. This would only be fair. Allow the defensive coordinator to call in a play like the offensive coordinator does.
5. Including specific field-goal attempt replays. Any questionable play is a call for review.
..and the Kansas City Chiefs are pushing for a rule change that would prevent players with dreadlocks or long hair from covering the names on the backs of their jerseys. After watching the video below….the Steelers’ should agree.

Curtis and Laila are expecting their first child.
Laila who is the daughter of boxing legend Muhammad Ali broke the news that they are expecting their first child. Ali said: “I don’t know yet if we are having a boy or a girl, but I’m excited that I have a life inside me that my husband and I created.”
