    Spotted: Warren Sapp

Written by pigskinlovinglady on October 31, 2008 at 4:42 am

Retired NFL baller Warren Sapp was spotted at Stone Rose nightclub in Los Angeles for Kim Kardashian’s Halloween Party. He didn’t have to look too long for a costume. This is the same jacket he wore in Week 2’s “matrix” performance. Nonetheless, big man is clearly a front runner to take home the sequined disco ball.

Is she dressed up like Michael Jackson? lol

    My Picks for Week 9

Written by pigskinlovinglady on October 31, 2008 at 3:38 am

I usually don’t make predictions on who’ll win or lose, but I received a personal email asking me why not. So please take note. It’s been one year and 5 mths since I started my blog and this is the first time I’m putting myself out there. So here it goes and BTW don’t blame me if you lose your office pool, k?

NYJ @ BUF – I’m so torn between the two, but I’ll pick the Bills. Home team literally, is the best team. I’m from Ruff Buff.

DET @ CHI – Da Bears…Detroit is “rebuilding” ahahaha

JAC @ CIN – Carson Palmer is the only hope for the Bengals and he’s nursing a injured elbow – Jaguars.

BAL @ CLE – This is a divisional rivalry and as always a good game. I’m picking the Browns at home, by 3.

TB @ KC – The Bucs – easily.

HOU @ MIN – It’s time for MN to play up to their potential. They’re at home, its loud and Houston is a so/so team. Taking advantage of your opportunity.

ARI @ STL – Arizona, St. Louis is playing great ball under Jim Fassell but Steven Jackson is out again this week.

GB @ TEN – Green Bay at home. It’s going to be cold and simply put, its time for TN to take an L.

MIA @ DEN – The Dolphins will silence the crowd at Invesco Field.

DAL @ NYG -NY will be the catalyst that sends Terrell Owens over the edge. Their defense against Dallas’ o-line…smh poor Brad Johnson.

ATL @ OAK – The Oakland Raiders shouldn’t beat the Falcons but I’m picking them anyway. Every week there’s an upset…here’s mine.

PHI @ SEA – Mike Holmgreen is leaving after this season, no Hasselbeck, Branch or any other WRs that you know off… The Phillies won the World Series, yea..I watch baseball too. Donovan McNabb should score many fantasy pts. for me.

NE @ IND – The Colts had better win or they’ll be playing for a wild card spot. Both teams are hurting in their secondary, but Peyton has the better receivers.

    Mon, Nov 03
PIT @ WAS – This is a tough one. The Redskins have more weapons on offense and the Steelers are banged up but good enough to make this interesting. I’m picking the Skins at home.

Friday’s Sack ‘Em or Trade ‘Em – Jason Taylor

Written by pigskinlovinglady on October 31, 2008 at 1:38 am

Jason Paul Taylor was born on September 1, 1974 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He’s an defensive end for the Washington Redskins. He was originally drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the third round of the 1997 NFL Draft.

Height: 6 ft 6 in Weight: 244 lb.

In his eleven NFL seasons Taylor has a total of 117 sacks, which places him in second among active players. He has forced 41 fumbles in his career, recovered 26 fumbles, scored eight career defensive touchdowns, and has been selected to six Pro Bowls.

Taylor, one of People magazine’s 2008 100 Most Beautiful People, was a leading contender on the sixth season of the ABC reality competition program, Dancing with the Stars. In addition to his dancing prowess, his role in Dancing earned him a spot in Us Weekly’s “TV’s New Top 10 Dream Men.” Taylor was also featured in a pictorial, “Ten Sexiest Athletes”, in 2001 by Sports Illustrated and was ranked by a panel of Sports Illustrated swimsuit models as one of the Top 20 Best Looking Male Athletes.

So, Sack Him or Trade Him?

Written by pigskinlovinglady on October 30, 2008 at 7:41 am

Is it too early to talk about Super Bowl XLIII? I’m not concerned about the teams that’ll play in the game, because I’ll route for the underdog is most cases. This is all about me. I’m putting it all out there for the universe and football gods to hear my cry. I WANNA GOOOOO!!!

If you know how I get to Tampa on Feb. 1. let me know – photographer, blogger, interviewer, your friend….

Also, sponsorship is welcome. This is all for now.
