According to The New York Post’s Page Six, New York Giants legend Lawrence Taylor may have his life story turned into a movie. The HOF LB and recovered cocaine addict was spotted with Tiki Barber and their agent, Mark Lepselter, at the Sunset Marquis with executives from State Street Pictures,” the column reported Tuesday.
“The movie moguls are interested in turning LT’s life story into a film, the way they turned Biggie Smalls’ story into ‘Notorious’ earlier this year,” the column reported Tuesday.
Taylor’s career as a linebacker for the NFL’s New York Giants was marred by his extensive alcohol and drug abuse. Drug-free since 1998, Taylor was voted into the NFL Hall of Fame and has since appeared on television shows and appeared on the cover of a Sports Illustrated.
Umhm, I’m all about folks getting their ‘quan’ so go head LT. But I don’t know if a movie is necessary, but that’s just me. Maybe an ESPN film or a made for television movie on Lifetime?

Dude dont need a movie. Give his ass one of those 1 hour documentaries about how he revolutionized the outside linebacker position and slip in some gory details about how he ended Joe Theismann’s career and call it a day.
Surely you can wedge in some mentions of his drug abuse along the way.

Well he defintely got an …ahem…interesting story to tell. I wonder if when he showed up to football practice with the handcuffs still on from a wild night with groupies will be featured in the film. LOL.
