…I wonder if he shed tears upon hearing the news?

At Christian Partner for Life, we spend a lot of time thinking about how to find the best Christian match for people in the online world. One of the first places we suggest our readers start is by envisioning a best case scenario for a new person in their lives. In an ideal world, what characteristics would your future partner have? What type of values would he or she hold?
Tim Tebow, former star quarterback of the University of Florida Gators and now rookie quarterback of the Denver Broncos, has been in the press a lot lately. In fact, it has been hard not to notice him. While others may notice him for his football talents, we want to recognize Tim Tebow for his faith and dedication to Christianity off the field. Tim Tebow is our most eligible Christian of the year—he represents a model for the type of person of faith that we think is perfect for single, committed Christians. Read the rest here.
I pray he uses the gift of discernment to sniff out the gold diggers. Christian women appreciate the finer things in life too.

Initially I thought the story would focus on the schools they attended but this article is about good decision making on the field. My mind stays in the gutter so of course I thought about that as well. Hmmm, I may need to compose a list of my own.
The NFL is addressing the concussions received by players; so this was a good look from Michael Lombardi to highlight the smartest players in the league, in his opinion.
QB Matt Schaub, Houston Texans – he doesn’t have a big arm or fast feet, so he has used his timing and intelligence to become a 4,000-yard passer. - I’m actually predicting the Texans to unseat the Colts and Titans in the AFC South, so I concur.
DE Elvis Dumervil, Denver Broncos. Under six feet tall and not that fast—but still a dominating pass rusher. He’s like a boxer who doesn’t have a great punch but still knocks guys out because he knows how to set up his opponent. Also, he can think on the move, get his brain to quickly tell his feet what to do. That’s very hard, even for NFL athletes. – Given the injuries to the running backs, departure of WR Brandon Marshall and the plethora of QBs, the Broncos will need to focus on stopping teams from scoring. The Bronco’s veterans really outdid themselves when they shaved Tim Tebow’s hair. It’s a traditional rookie ritual and although the cut is ridiculous it’s PERFECT! Tebow is a devout Christian but this also ties into his “messiah” like media image.
“I just took it, tried to be a good sport with it,” Tebow said. “It was fun, you know? I think all the rookies had a good time with it.”
I wonder if he had to sing a church hymn too?

Victoria’s Secret has joined forces with the NFL to sell officially licensed merchandise. If you’re a fan of the Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, New York Giants, New York Jets, Oakland Raiders, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Diego Chargers, Washington Redskins and Carolina Panthers, you can rep your squad while looking sexy in a t-shirt and panties.
I’m highly offended that the Buffalo Bills wasn’t an option. It’s a good thing I cheat with the Jets!
S/B – Instead of going to the kitchen at half-time for a snack…ladies be the snack! Spank dat azz..watch yo’self! Owwww!!
The collection will launch in these teams markets on August 10th.
